Walton 5K Run/Walk

Join us on Saturday, June 29th for the 14th annual Walton 5K, 1-Mile Walk, Competitive 5K Walk and/or Free Firecracker Run (500 Meters for ages 11 and Under)!

All proceeds go to the Lewis Cass Girls Cross County Program and the Haley Bagley Scholarship. 

Haley Bagley, a beloved member of our cross country team, tragically passed away in a car accident caused by a drunk driver during her senior year in 2018. In her memory, her mother established the Haley Bagley scholarship, benefiting a Lewis Cass student involved in either softball or cross country—sports that held special significance to Haley. A portion of the proceeds from the 5K will support this scholarship, ensuring Haley's legacy lives on.

Proceeds will directly benefit the Lewis Cass junior and high school girls cross country programs. With approximately 45 girls involved, these funds will facilitate team-building activities, provide necessary equipment, offer healthy snacks, and furnish team apparel.

Free Kids Firecracker Run: 8:00 AM
5K Run/Walk and Competitive Walk Start: 8:15 AM 
1-Mile Walk Start Time: 8:20 AM

ENTRY FEES/DEADLINES

This year's shirt will be purple, Haley Bagley's favorite color, and dedicated to her memory and scholarship. 

5K Run/Walk: $25 on or before June 20th/$30 on or after June 21st

5K Competitive Walk: $25 on or before June 20th/ $30 on or after June 21st

1-Mile Walk: $25 on or before June 20th/ $30 on or after June 21st

Firecracker Run for Kids 11 and Under: FREE (Pre-registration not required)

Online registration is available until June 28th at 6:00 PM

Please register by Monday, June 20th to guarantee a commemorative t-shirt. Any registration after June 21st is not guaranteed a shirt.
